我想要萬寧同屈神士呀

Aiya, quite disappointing if the shopping mall is mostly estate agent shops... walked through it the other day and nothing much at the moment.  Apart from the 7-11 and Jusco, my wish list for the shopping mall would be:
- Mannings or Watsons (As mentioned above)
- Basic household goods like Japan Home Store
- Proper Dim Sum restaurant
- Electrical goods store, like Fortress or Broadway
- Several clothes stores like Giordano, etc.  M&S would be brilliant, but very unlikely in this area.....
- Starbucks????
- CD/DVD shop, to rent and to buy
- Bank

Most important really is direct access from the Podium lifts, to the shopping mall!

Anything left out?

I want some cafe or coffee shop~

Yes! having some sort of cafe for afternoon tea, like Italian Tomato or Pokka will be nice.... enjoy a slice of blueberry cheesecake and coffee.... .yummy....

係唔係真係有lift直到mail ge 我到現在都未知果部被鎖ge lift係可以去到邊層?

This is my guess:
The Podium lift has 3/F covered and unselectable.... this will later be revealed to give access to the club house when its ready (ETA Sept07).  Clubhouse has two floors ga ma.
On the ground floor, where they are doing some renovation, that ~should~ be the entrance to the shopping mall.... Should be, as thats connecting directly to the Mall.... and most other residences I've seen which has shopping malls underneath all have some direct access to the podium floors of apartments.

I HOPE!!!

The covered button also reaches R2!!

no other cafe or restaurants

I really hope there were Pokka, UCC, Starbucks, etc. knowing it's quite impossible in this neighbourhood at this stage but may come true after Kai Tak is fully redeveloped.
