I'm working in Admirlty.

I plan to take the ferry than MTR.

If taking the bus, you should be stuck at Cross harbour tunnel.

1) Later there is a ferry service provided by GWF directly to Central.
It is free for the first 2 yrs (actually, the charge is included in the management fee).
But still dun know when will be the service availability.
Also, there is only 10班次per day.

2) Another way I prefer is to take the new world ferrry to north point.
It takes around 25mins from GWF to north point pier.
The MTR station is just nearby (5 mins walk).
You can avoid traffic congession through this way.
