furnitures delivered, really very disappointed about the quality and services:

1) delivery delayed by more than 1 week (told by the designer that i'll get them 3 weeks after i sign the design sheets, but delivered 29 days after that in fact)

2) wrong color of TV cabinet

3) wrong size of bed

4) broken desk

5) wrong direction of "hiden door":132:

6) 2-5 weren't fixed 1 week after delivery and i may have to wait for 1 more week!!!!

FANCY DESIGN IS BLACK LISTED!!!

After reading your mail, really terrified!!! How is the rectifying work?  Are all being fixed already?  BTW, would you mind telling me the name of your designer?  I can only pray for my furniture then

I forgot to ask: have you fully paid for the furniture.  I think we may need to make a partial payment as they have so many defects.  Once all the defects are fixed, we can pay the remaining.

SH!T, 我都搵咗ＦＡＮＣＹ...我個DESIGNER 係CHRIS...佢交圖都唔算準時或者快, D DESIGN 又行行地, 我直情同佢講"求其整兩塊灰塊上去, 加少少唔對稱O既圖, 咁我搵軒琴居都得啦, 使乜搵你地...."

之後O既設計好咗D, 但係佢同我講佢地而家好多單, 要差唔多30日先可以做起D傢俬, 我諗暑假真係搬屋裝修O既旺季囉....

而家仲未CONFIRM DESIGN, 睇睇個彩圖先穩陣.

I called FANCY today to chase up for the furniture but was advised that they have got a queue to deliver the items.  They did not confirm me the exact date so all I can do is to wait and wait....

Waiting is not a problem, hope that the quality is good and no defects la (!!!)

我個designer叫roy...我收到貨即時發覺有問題架啦, 我話唔full paid, 佢即時話"唔full paid既話就拎走我全部傢俬囉"...無耐地我full paid了, 但都等左二個星期一d聲氣都無囉, 仲話叫我搵第二個跟, 唔關佢事啦喎...

好在我仲有小小傢俬仔未買,都係搵過第二間好了...

Seems there is sth wrong with the attitude of the delivery workers woo, how can they move back all your furniture if you make partial payment?  It's their fault!

If we make full payment, how can they guarantee that they will fix up the problems?  Shall we complain to the Consumer Council???

Still no news for your furniture....

I received a call this morning and was told that my furniture is also delivered tomorrow, about 1:00 - 3:00pm.  Will we be of the same slot?

Is there such a term in the contract to remove all if not paid for the balance? If not, can we call the police?

琴日終於叫到FANCY既人上來攪返有問題既部份(差D吹到激死先上來), 點知就求其幫我整一整,總之以眼不見為乾淨為原則,整到是但你用到就得,唔會再同你講美觀! 我真係架計, 又俾左錢...佢上來幫我整已經算係咁...

呢d野邊有得投訴丫...可能間間都係咁,叫你俾錢既時候就嘜都得,之後對唔對板就另一件事啦...唯有下次再小心d啦

I received the furniture yesterday.  So far, they have made them in the right shape but the craft 手工 is not that good.   There are some cracks which may be due to delivery and installation.  But they agree to fix them up for me later.  The designer said that he will come and help to check the furniture for me.  So far, I think the design is ok but the craftsmanship is not very good.
