$8900 to $9500 right now cannot make a good rent, possible for tower 1 lower floors. this place is expensive for students!!

We like this place very much, because it's clean, quiet, and comfortable. The off-campus apartment provided by Polyu is much more expensive-----8 peopel share 3 rooms flat of  in Whampoa Garden, around  65 - 68 sq. metres.

We plan to share a 2 room apartment here by 4 people, using bunk beds, as an economic choice.

A good quality of accommodation means much of a good quality of life, and also good environment  of study.

Actually, we are student now, but we have been worked for years, not all newly graduates .  So there's proved solid finance situation, don't worry about that.

But you need to consider travelling time/ fee.
Also the supermarket and shopping mall is not as convenient as Hung Hom.
The usable area of 500sq ft in GWF is also..............

I've already checked the room condition of  flat H/tower 5 by myself in April.

So I know about the bus stops and the shopping enviroments.
