My friend, a professional building inspector, has inspected my flat for me and he said the paint is OK, no need to paint the wall again.  And I'm sure Henderson has used ICI paint as I've asked them to give me the paint code.  On the other hand, I agree that we may need humidifier instead as we're at seashore, it'll be super wet when spring comes.  I've already got an air purifier, so getting another humidifier is really space concerned
