I prefer to spend money on ³ÃÍï & ¹q¾¹ rather than Àð¨­.....because I feel it is well done enough. But I am thinking to do the wall mount LCD TV, I possible need to do the À𨭠on the Wall mount area as I want to hide my cable..........

$30000 too expensive wor......
i ask some ¸Ë­×¤½¥q,they tell me $12000-$15000......
may be yr flat is big one............1000 ft?

i may decide to redo the wall only for living room and implement some lighting effect on roof (well...the very popular design from the furniture book, it is the way to let you feel the roof is higher than actual).....I check with the price that it ony cost $10000, it is not expensive than my original thought

yes, of course, this is the breakdown apart from my tailor-made furnitures. My designer has no shop in HK, but he has the small factory in China, this is also the reason why he can offer low price comparing with other design shop who need to pay the rent for their shop in HK.
