六月頭剛搬入GF，一早知多人養狗，但無諗過d狗可以唔綁住周圍走，d實Q見住都毫無行動，d狗周圍走十分滋擾和危險。我有個10個月大的BB，遲d佢識行，我都唔敢比佢落地行。

honestly, GF入左伙成年幾，d PET CONTROL 做得咁差!!!VERY DISAPPOINTING!

應該係要住長實樓.避免可養狗的屋苑,個管業處連大廈清潔咁基本的問題都無法解決,管制養狗問題又點解決.

早知 d PET CONTROL is that bad, i will definitely NOT move in. so GF is built for PET not human???

長實樓also allows rearing pet, the key point is how to manage it ....

may i know if u're a dog owner?
if the dogs are tied and held by their owners and stayed away, of course they won't disturb.

but unfortunately i met a few times over the weekend that the dogs were not being tied & held. THEY BARKED, RAN around ppls ... (because they tied).

我無養狗, 我亦都有小朋友. 不過, 係公眾地方黎講, so far我又唔覺啲狗對我或屋企人造成任何不便喎.

至於如果隔離鄰舍有狗吠, 咁就難講啲.

現在個問題係: 好多狗主唔綁住d狗, 由得牠們周圍走.... 在屋苑範圍, 為保安全, 應該綁住d狗會好d

I do hope that GWF does not allow pets. Too many people do not discipline their dogs (even barking is a serious disturbance to other residents.
Fyi: "Kong Wan Ho Ting" only allows keeping pets indoor (no pets allowed in public area). I wish at least GWF can follow this rule so that we can have a nicer place to live.
I encourage anyone who is being disturbed by other people's pets to complaint to the management office, because it si stated that no one can keep pets if there are complaints from two flats.

i did complain to the MO about this issue, i strongly advise them to make the security guards to enforce the rules over the pet control.

i do understand the dog owners have their rights to rear their pet/dogs here, yet they don't have the rights to let their pets (mostly dogs) disturb others or even threaten others' saftety (especailly babies/kids, the elderly)

wearing dogs masks and being tied are really very BASIC way to discipline their dogs in public areas.
