If I complain, where I should send to? rubbishbintest, can u advise?

just like the automatic home system or something else that the customer service told me to contact HLD, business dept as that is out of their control. They told me this way is very effective.......but they didnt tell me so detail. Woud rubbishbintest let me know where i should send the letter or the email address to, and which is the very effective channel, I guess GWF customer service is not willing to take this up, and I am gonna prepare the complaint letter.
