PUT? is for warrant (derivatives security)-a brief simple concern: you buy PUT when you think the market (securities) is going down and make profit when it really happens and vice versa for the CALL (market up).

Most of the people and staffs are friendly.
You might sometimes encounter misbehavior personnels, however, this is the illness of the whole society. Such personnels are not only in GWF.
As far as you are a user, no need to worry about the rise and fall of the price, we only worry about the rise of the bank interest rate, as this will affect our monthly repayment.

Yes.  Agreed.  My family has moved in for a few months.  We all found GWF a comftable place.  Of course there are many things to be improved (such as floor cleaning, variety of shops, attitude of some management staff, etc.).  But on the whole, we like it here.  As I always teach my kids, look at what we "have" and not what we "have not".  As my family also plans to live here for the next 5-8 years, the short-term ups and downs of property prices do not affect me much.  Hope you all enjoyliving here.

Totally agree with yours.  I think GWF is a good place for living after considering the price, the facilities, etc...  I think in anywhere, there are always things for further improvement.  I mostsly enjoy the sea view that I have now....
