But I just saw there is a deal on 19 May, 3C40 at $3.95M, that means $6,752/ft for a C flat bor, not bad la??

That's because with decoration...recession just begun now....last week DJ dropped more than 300+ and today HSI dropped the highest 1000+...more flats release with lower price and new flats will have more discounts fight ...you will definitely see this now and the next few months. See my previous posts as I already warned the buyers.

Too many "professional" investors from mainland china bought GW. Just look upwards and you can see how many REAL users at GW. In addition, compare the price of SkyTower and GW in the past 2 years and you will find out that on average the price of SkyTower rose 30% up (from 3xxx to 4xxx (facing airport) and 4xxx to 5xxx (facing habour)). How about GW? You guys have bought GW at PEAK price already and there will be not much "water place".  So many apts have its value appreciate in HK for past 2 years, you can go check centaline properties, so many 2m-3m$ apts rose 20 to 40%. BUT GW goes into an opposite direction. GW is definitely NOT a great place for investment. And I am so sad that you guys have all involved in such a HIGH GEARING investment (gamble), even worst than buying stocks by margin.

Most importantly, the credit crunch and solvency problems, as well as the consumer confidence, employment situation, and INFLATION are not that simple as you guys can image of. HK Stock Market will gradually go down below 20000. China A is having a ever large adjustment. I can say, the price you pay for a 500 sq ft, you can get a 585 wiithin 2 years. Good luck to those who believe "decoupling" by big crocodile (major fund houses).

what is your intention to say such words in this forum? I think you are not the owner of GWF, right? If you are property agent, it is not a place for you to spread rumor.  We know many buyers of GWF are investor from Mainland China, then....... how about "首x" and "海濱x岸"

Rumor? so interesting man... If I am a property agent, my "rumor" will be... come on guys! Buy GW now!!! the market is gonna rise, HSI is gonna rise up to 30000 in August 2008 (up from 22xxx tomorrow?!), property market will go up at least 20% this year!!! Go buy GW now!!!~

I am here just to remind you guys not to be that optimistic. Be humble please. Try to listen to the others and it will definitely be beneficial to you. Be mature, kids!

Btw, what intention do you I have? ha~ I am just telling you the fact.
