Hello! I was in the class too, so where were you standing ? I was freezing by the AC that day , my feet turned into ice, so just left asap when the rice dumpling was done, hahaa
About the 提子燕麥曲奇, not sure if you like it, it is chewy and not the crispy kind.
Recipe as below:
1) Combine 1/2 cup all purpose flour, pinch of salt and 1/4 tsp baking soda in a bowl
2) Beat 1/4 cup butter and 1/2 cup 太古薑汁紅糖* with a mixer in high speed
3) Add in 1/2 egg and the flour mixture from (1) until blended
4) Stir in 1/2 cup raisins and 3/4 cup uncooked oats
5) Drop the dough to our 黑色焗盤,1 heaped tsbp per cookie and about 1.5 inches apart. Set oven 150c+grill for 5-6 mins.
This could be enough to make 12-13 cookies in 2 rounds.
*薑汁紅糖 could give a hint of ginger taste to the cookies, if you dont like it, just use normal granulated sugar : )
