yes, you are right, agent M and agent C say no $2.6 M price la, the only one left is the Tower 6 lower A for $2.65M, others at least $2.7.. but you still buy one for $2.6M, good for you, which tower and flat did you buy?

I just bought one same flat as yours (523 sq ft.) and waiting for bank mortage approval, but it costs nearly $2.9M ah!!

I believe the price will go up slowly, also being the end user, it is ok la...

Around 15K per floor la....
I've got mine at 50+ floor and costs almost 3M.....

My flat is at 4x floor, Tower 3, so now nearly no extra money to decorate la, hahaha...

Your house price is ok, right now tower 3 floor 20幾  B also $2.75M la as said by agent M.

haha, it's ok la, being the end user there is no effects whether it goes up or down lor, we just want to live comfortably is enough...  also with so many good neigbours!!

I bought 2 weeks ago, was told 2.6m was the only one in the mkt too; I did consider another one in T6, but too lower
with similiar price; one month ago I can still choose quite a few with 2.6m but after two weeks things changed so quickly, I bid a few but fail, per agent owners increased price, who knows@

well, mine is 1x, not that high so price reasonable I guess; btw, 523 should be below 25/F and 522 should be above 25/F, according to the prosepctus.

I read some paperworks before, which mentioned that below 2x/F is 522, while above is 523, since the wall thickness is thinner at higher floors and not require much pressure there...

I though it was in such way, but if you refer to 售樓書, 6-22f 523 and then 25-42F 522, I duno why may there has a typo there; but I remember 查册記錄 provided by agent also showed 523.

Today an agent called me to buy another one at 2x but ask for 2.9m, not that reasonable.
