請問有無業主經呢度成功租出單位, 有咩要注意? 及如何提防租霸 ?

Check the background of tenant, and DO request for the employment contract (with salary stated one, doc. from IRD and any other income proof-documents..

As our apartment is kinda new and upper in the market... the tenants (normally Professional, refer to the research in this web) would like to provide such documents...

If the tenant rents your apartment through some kinda company, please make a company search. If it was $2 company... beware ! Coz, what you can get back from this company may only be $2 !
