So it is strategical rather than pure financial. Financially they should have all money back asap for other investments, unless they are worry free on cash flow, which I think   is true.

52C Tower 5 sold at 9.48M, even more expensive than high floor Tower 6 flat F!

Orientation-wise, I think Tower 6F is better. Does it means that there has been a price raise?

Not sure ... I just found this 5C was sold at particularly high price. All recent 6F (4x/F) were sold between 9.2M - 9.4M. Info from Midland and Centaline sites.

Wooooow...9.48M for 52C....
