The dog in my mother's house (staying with us for more than 13 years) also passed away peacefully last week.  Well, I think I won't keep any pet anymore from now long since losing it is really so hurt and sorrowful....

Good to hear from you!  GWF is not my dream house but it's an potential investment and a place to stay.  I chatted with my property agent and he told me that the developer is holding like 25 flats and planned to resell it again for the 3rd round.  Well, the developer really know how to get their $$$ out of people's pockets.
