I count today 8:30 ship, around 60 to 70 ppl taking the boat
I am thinking after two years, how possible we could keep this boat running...

Request a survey?

Never heard the second survey regarding the ferry time since I moved in January. The result of the first survey is far from clear.

I went to the service department about 3 weeks ago. The staff mentioned quite a few residents have expressed the dissatisfactory of ferry time already. They also told me to fill up a small form/letter to Well Born (you can get it from the lobby). However, nothing happened so far and there is NONE explanation! In fact, they are aware of the problems for quite a while.

True there is no way to accommodated everybody's requirement, but there must be a way to improve the current situation, or at least let people know why it can't be improved! Given many complains made to the management, I am surprised that they are still expecting more complains before taking actions.

前幾日自己囉左假，又要去中環，咁就試下搭五點幾班船番翔龍灣，唔計船員，連埋我，全架船得9 條友.......好心佢就遲開d 啦..
