我訂做呵仔張 Bed.

There is a CARBINT below the bed, and the STAIRCASE with locker at each level of stair.  Also there is a very shallow storage space at the HEAD POSITION of the bed.

The price is calculated into 3 parts.
1.  Carbinet
2.  Bed
3.  Storage space at head position

The price is around like this:
1.  Carbinet =  $9000
2.  Bed =  $2200
3.  Storage Space at Head Position =  $4500

So total is $15700!
Do you think it is worth paying??

The Stoarge Space at Head Position is so expensive comparing with the Bed.  So I ask why?

They told me...
When the height of this Storage Space <30", each feet is $1000, every extra 6" height will add $220/feet.  The designer designs the height of 38" So there will be extra of $440/feet ($220x2 as the extra 2" will be calculated as other 6").  So the charge of this particular Storage Space is ($1000+$440)x3 =>  AROUND $4500 for only this small extra 8" deep storage space at the head position of bed.

The calculation is easy, but it is very unreasonable paying $4500 x small extra storage space!!

Check with a few designers and compare the price. After all these months of renovation experience, this is the only way I can figure out. If everything is openly listed nad discussed, there is no fair or unfair.

To us, we have very limited of experience in renovation, if not NO, so it is impossible for us to figure out whether it is fair or not.
