If this is a Henderson unique Clubhouse management practice, I think no one would buy their properties anymore
Their top priority must be the resident's welfare, not profits making! If the outsiders are competing with us as to booking and using our facilities, why should we buy our flats at this price? I bought it with the belief that only residents have the exclusive use of the Clubhouse facilities, otherwise it's just like public sports facilities. If the residents' right of use of the facilities are affected, the management will definitely face protest!
